About Vincent

Vincent has been involved in the successful handling of more than 300 labor and employment disputes involving both employers and employees. That perspective allows him to evaluate not only what happened, but how an employer is likely to explain its decision and where that explanation may fail.
He has represented clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Texas Workforce Commission in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and other employment claims. His work also includes EEO training, workplace investigations, policy development, compliance audits, and employee-relations consulting.
Vincent believes employment law should promote a level playing field. His psychology and workplace-relations background informs a practical approach to conflict, evidence, organizational decision-making, and the human dynamics that often shape an employment dispute.
